I discovered craniosacral therapy many years ago when I looked for a gentle treatment to help with back pain. Craniosacral therapy was perfect with its light and non-invasive touch. After the first session, I was surprised by the results: not only did the physical pain ease, but I also felt a sense of inner calmness and peace. I continued receiving treatments, and my condition gradually improved as well as my overall health.

Being inspired by the results of craniosacral therapy on my wellbeing, I wanted to learn more about it. I decided to start a professional practitioner training with the College of Cranio-Sacral Therapy in London, where I also completed Anatomy Physiology and Pathology qualifications, and their other post graduate courses.

Since receiving my diploma, I have been offering craniosacral treatments to various communities, often working with vulnerable adults and young people.
