I discovered craniosacral therapy many years ago when I looked for a gentle treatment to help with back pain. Craniosacral therapy was perfect with its light and non-invasive touch. After the first session, I was surprised by the results: not only did the physical pain ease, but I also felt a sense of inner calmness and peace. I continued receiving treatments, and my condition gradually improved as well as my overall health.
What I like about craniosacral therapy is that it is truly non-invasive and gentle, which is particularly important for those who are too fragile or unable to receive traditional treatment. It brings hope to people who are vulnerable, sensitive, or cannot explain their condition.
I connect with my clients on deeper levels, listen to their stories to allow them to access their inner resources and tap into their natural ability to heal, to explore and address any unresolved issues or traumas that may be contributing to their condition.
I am constantly amazed by the wonders of craniosacral therapy. I believe that all we need for healing is already present within us. However, help and assistance are often needed to initiate the healing process, and I offer a compassionate and supportive environment for this process to unfold.
